SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small batch coffee company, which means we roast to order to ensure you get the freshest bean possible. With the exception of the weekend, all orders will be roasted and shipped within 2 days of your purchase.
Depending on the region you are ordering from please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to arrive once it has shipped. Once it is roasted and shipped we will notify you and include an estimated delivery day.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy from the date you recieved your apparel to request a return.
All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused including tags, and in original packaging as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you choose to return for any reason, please reach out to us at contact@popsmokecoffeeco.com and we will help in any way possible. We will even generate a return label for you to try and make it as helpful as we can.
Once the returned item is recieved, viewed and verified, your refund will be credited back to your account.
